The Royal Park is no doubt one of my favourite hideouts within the North Melbourne district. It is the biggest park in the whole city, though not as manicured as the Royal Botanical Gardens, but it is surely huge and very enjoyable to walk around. Probably not high on the list of attractions for a regular tourist, but definitely good for a picnic if you're staying here for a longer time and to meet some friendly locals walking their dogs.
I visited Royal Park an early autumn afternoon, with a banana nutella sandwich and a Murakami book in hand. These are the pictures from the different days I spent in the park.
Never miss a post again!
