Bingsu! The queen of Korean desserts with everyone going ga-ga over it weeks ago... yes, I am pretty slow because I never had a natural inclination towards Korean stuff. After asking some of my trusted foodies intel, they all pointed me towards one place: O'ma Spoon.

I was extremely satisfied with the Matcha Bingsu at O'ma Spoon. With its generous matcha that covered the entire milk-based snow ice hill, every single spoonful had a lovely pairing of these two main elements, with the occasional fresh and sweet red bean, cashew nuts and almond flakes. I must say, this is indeed very worth it to try. Despite its hefty price tag, it is definitely something I will return to, perhaps to share with two or three other people just to recall the taste again.

If you are waiting for that first bingsu to impress you... I recommend O'ma Spoon.
